Fully committed.

I have found this diet, The Friendly Diet, to be so easy and achievable.  I am enjoying putting all of my training into practice and I feel in complete control knowing how many calories I am eating and fat grams.

I thought I was going to be able to provide a food diary but I am time poor, my 3yo keeping me so busy.  So I think I will try this week and type out examples of some days and try and keep a record of them so you can have a look a what a day looks like and can have some references of what a snack or meal looks like.  Sounds like a plan.

I am going strong so I’m thankful for that. xx
